Tommy came out to my house to fix my power. We lost all out of 110 but still had our 220. He was fantastic. He is experienced, friendly and explained everything to me and my husband. We’ll definitely be using them again as we upgrade our system.100% great service.

Tommy was our service technician. He was very professional, friendly and very thorough during his inspection of the entire electrical system in our home. He repaired a faulty connection when inspecting our electrical switch panel and provided us with recommendations to provide us with better & safer solutions with our electrical outlets & lighting. The electricians arrived when promised. They listened carefully to my issues and worked until they identified the problems and corrected them. They shopped for the parts needed both for functioning and cosmetic reasons. They were very careful about cleaning up insulation and other debris. The were courteous and easy to work with. Their pricing was very fair. This was the second time they worked on issues in my home. I was very pleased with the results both time.

I have been using another electrician for years and have been extremely unhappy, so I tried Chamberlain based on their Google rating and I'm SOOO glad I did! They came out SUPER quick, were EXTREMELY nice and helpful, and, even though my main issue is a part order and a semi-complicated fix (which we are still dealing with), I'm fairly sure I'm in good hands! I only wish I would have called them sooner! Mobile homes can be tricky and not everyone is willing to work on them, but again, these guys didn't even give it a second thought, which I appreciated, because I've often been made to feel bad because I live in a trailer. And I also feel like the price is more than fair and I don't feel like I'm being over-charged, which I appreciate (I don't live in a trailer because I enjoy it, it's because I'm poor and can't afford a "real" house). The whole process isn't over yet, so there could be an addendum to this review, but so far, so EXCELLENT! I honestly can't wait for someone to ask me for an electrician recommendation, just so I can tell them my Chamberlain story, but knowing me, I'll probably tell it anyway!
