I hired Pure One Clean to disinfect our office locations. While our experience in one office was relatively positive (minus unwanted “filming” on all surfaces and some minor discoloration of furniture), our other office sustained major damage to the carpet immediately following the last application in October. We notified Pure Once Clean immediately. This staining, which appears to be due to a dripping hose or machine, resulted in over $20,000.00 in damage to our property as we had to replace all the damaged carpets. We had no other activity at our property at the time the damage took place. The owner finally reached out to me weeks after I sent numerous emails and phone calls to our account manager. He asked for a sample of the stained carpet so he could run some “chemical tests” and get back to me with resolution. We delivered the samples by hand to Pure One Clean in November. As of today, we have received zero response from the company.

While the safety of our staff was paramount to the quick decision to hire Pure One Clean, I should have done more due diligence, and read the contract more carefully (as to what is covered when items are damaged). You should learn from that mistake. This is not the kind of company I would recommend.
