Complete disaster. Terrible service at front desk. Really rude employees and service staff are also rude and disrespectful. They ignore calls, make slick remarks about customers and handle the cargo carelessly

AIR FRANCE CARGO.Checking in was a total disaster. The girl there seemed to have a spirit and energy that my 90-year-old grandmother has. the escorts are a disaster, more than an hour waiting for a stupid escort, I should vote for them all.
