We ordered carryout and the young lady I believe her name is Mia was answering the phone and took our order, I just have to say that she's an absolute DELIGHT!!! Truly a great welcoming and happy voice with an outgoing personality that shines through the phone! Secondly; the food, I got the Crab dip bread bowl and as always it's absolutely delicious with huge chunks of crab meat and my fiance always gets the spaghetti and meatballs with the meat sauce and it's such a huge portion but he always stuff's himself because it's so tasty and for him to do that says a lot, because he's picky lol. I definitely recommend the dishes we've tried because we'll certainly continue to order from this location!! Thanks for a great experience and see you in the New Year!

I have loved their wings for years. This evening I ordered the crab cakes and to my surprise not bad at all. I'm from Maryland Baltimore specifically it just needed some old bay. But pretty darn good!!. My husband ordered the spaghetti needed salt but he didn't add any any and was satisfied!. Thank you Pats.

We order from Pat's nearly once a week. The food has been wonderful for many years. However recently the quality of the food has gone down and there is no consistency in the food anymore. The most disappointing menu item we have found so far is their Pats Chesapeake Chicken Sandwich. This consists of 2 giant over sized slices of bread, about a half inch thick, enough crab dip drizzle to make the sandwich sloppy, a few pieces of chewy bacon that bordered undercooked, and the tiniest piece of chicken that was hard and overcooked on the outside. Definitely not worth $13. The pizza crusts are not always cooked to the same doneness. The amount of toppings is also inconsistent. It's very apparent when you order the same single topping pizza each week. We would like to continue eating at Pat's, but the quality and consistency of the food needs improvement.

I tried to call about the fact that they put cheese on top of my salad and melted it like mozzarella however I just wanted a mixed salad with chicken.i waited a day so I did not overwhelm the staff they didn't have. Still cutting chicken out of melted cheese by the way. Called the manager on shift and basically was told it is what it is without any reconciliation, I wondered why my parents stopped ordering from them I definitely understand now. Terrible service. Terrible food. For shame.

The Good:

The employees were very polite and hospitable. My waitress was efficient, very attentive, and I was served my food quickly while it was still incredibly hot. I ordered the mozzarella sticks for an appetizer and a medium veggie lovers pizza. Before I even received an appetizer, I was given, they seemed like, cheese rolls with some marinara sauce for free. They were decent. The mozzarella sticks were your standard mozzarella sticks.

The Bad:

My only complaint was the veggie lovers pizza. There was a veggie on it that did not belong. It gave the pizza a very sweet taste that I found did not, at all, compliment it. If it were not for whatever veggie it was, it would have been a standard pizza.

Judgment:

The service was great, the employees were polite, and the food was served in a timely fashion. I definitely recommend this place.

I got lasagna last night, and it was awesome. I am a tough one to.please when it comes to lasagna and normally their lasagna is OK but whoever made last night's lasagna needs to do it all the time. That was incredible, keep up the great work and give that person a raise.

I've ordered from here many times and often asked for a pizza sub, literally cheese and sauce and fried onions, basically a meatball sub without the meatballs, and they told me it's no longer on the menu and they can't make it, but it was never on the menu and I ordered it at least five times in the past. But for some reason today they told me they cannot just make a sub without the meat. That is the dumbest thing I've ever heard. I doubt they will be getting my business again, which is sad because they're one of the few places near my work where I can get lunch. Absolutely disappointed.

I have been getting Chef's Salads from Pat's for over 20 years, they were my go to! I have noticed a decline and tonight I ordered my last salad. It tasted good but I ordered XXtra meat, XXtra cheese, and XXtra sweet peppers. It came with the same amount of meat as a normal large salad, perhaps two extra pieces of meat. Same thing with the cheese. The ranch dressing is as thin as water, it easily runs off the fork. The ham was extra salty. I'm sad I won't be ordering from them anymore.
