We're growing fast on the West side of Indy with this location. Amenities and utilities are included in the rent which makes this a great place to start a business, or grow one by adding a location like we did.

I rented a small Warehouse here a few months ago and I absolutely love the shift I have in my business. I can have my packages shipped directly to the warehouse so I don't have to lug them from home. Team members have their own key fobs and app to access the warehouse which makes it really easy to deactivate if I terminate an employee. There's 24-hour video surveillance and the space is heated and cooled so our chemicals won't freeze and our team members can stay cool in the summer when it is hot hot hot. Let's not forget Steve, he is an amazing asset to RISE. Very personable, super friendly. He's also very quick to respond if I have any questions or concerns.

When I first came to view the offices, I was greeted by Steve who is the Manager. The offices are a great size for my business needs. The office came equipped with desk and chairs but I was allowed to use my own which was a plus. I have not had any issues since moving in. The office manager keeps the building clean, the mail placed in the offices upon deliveries and just overall remains professional. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for office space.
