Great service Roderick came out to clean a condo we have in Austin the carpets were stained and our grout in the showers we’re filthy . He got them completely restored in a timely manner and did a great job! He fully communicated and scheduled his service, he was on time and courteous . We used Zilker to touch up our carpet before putting the house on the market. Our main trouble spot was in the master bedroom, where two years of heavy foot traffic - combined with dander and drool from two old, messy dogs - left the carpet dingy and dirty, despite frequent vacuuming. Rod did a great job and provided first-rate service. The carpet looked refreshed and much, much cleaner, to the point where our buyers did not have any issue with it. Two enthusiastic thumbs up from us on the work Rod and Zilker provided. We'll absolutely look to Zilker for future carpet needs!

Rod Young came to my house when the grout in the kitchen floor was a dark brown. When he left it was a cream tone I hadn't seen since the day the tile was installed. He sealed the floor after the clean and it has remained looking terrific.
