Mr Electric delivered a solid performance on a job we had completed by them. The technician was very knowledgeable of his work and very polite as well. Turn around time was astronomical, called on Friday and problem fixed on Monday. We had to have our electrical panel switched out from the old pushmatics. Price was fair. I would not hesitate to call them again.

Extremely disappointed $570 for replacing 2 Lutron dimmer switches "of extremely high quality" that can be found for $28 at a big store. After complaining because they didn't tell me price up front they lowered the price to $380 which still sounds outrageous. This job was at most $200 in my opinion for the convenience of having someone else do it. Use them at your own risk. I had Brett do previous work and he knows what he is doing but with these prices it is impossible to build a relationship for future projects unfortunately.

Would have given 5 stars, but see below…. Electrician, Randy did an amazing job installing my light fixtures and repairing my light panel. He was very friendly, on time , efficient and I love my new lights. The company made it very easy schedule free estimate and then schedule for install. May be a little pricey but they provide quality service with warranty, which is a plus. The only reason I gave 4 stars vs 5 stars - One of my new light fixtures were smaller than the previous one, so there is about a quarter inch gap between the new light fixture and the drywall in the ceiling. I was considering getting space covers to fill the space but the supervisor that came out said they would charge me another $100 to take fixture back down, put covers on and put lights back up. I feel he should have been a little more flexible since I just spent $1K. This fix would have taken minimal time. When you spend the money to have my light fixtures installed, you want it done right. This is no reflection on Randy who did an excellent job and he was very friendly and professional. This was unexpected and is something discovered after the fixture was up. I think the supervisor was trying to wrap it for the next job but should have made a call to be more flexible.

I called Mr. Electric to replace 2 ceiling fans. I was able to get an appointment the next day. Brandon came out and also did a free electrical safety check. He identified a few items that I elected to also have worked.

Brandon did an excellent job explaining the work completed. I would highly recommend him and would request for any future work.

We had an unusual electrical issue we thought might be related to a power surge. Tyler came out and thoroughly checked everything. He found a few things that needed attention and some recommended updates. He explained each option in detail and made the updates we approved. He was pleasant and diligent while inspecting and making the updates. We are very satisfied with the repairs and highly recommend Mr. Electric!
