An employee from O’Rielly’s recommended this place to me when I needed an auxiliary battery replaced. I have been to them for every single service since. 5 stars every single time. They are super friendly and don’t talk to me like I’m just a dumb female. In and out and in perfect shape in usually 20 minutes or less. Highly recommended!

Starting with the initial call to discuss services our experience was great! The gal that answered the phone was so nice and ready to help us. We arrived and quickly greeted by an employee. They looked it over and informed us what needed to be done (new rear brakes and rotors). The gave us the total and were able to quickly get our vehicle back on the road. We drive 4.5 hours here from Virginia Beach, so initially we worried about being able to find someone who could help us before we made the drive back home on Sunday evening. The mechanic that took care of the job was very nice and thorough. Every person we met at the establishment was very pleasant! To get new brakes and rotors from start to finish it was less than a 3 hour process. Efficient, friendly and affordable!!! Thank you ☺️

I pulled up for a Vehicle Safety and Emissions inspection without an appointment right as they opened. The entire process took ten minutes. I was so impressed. I was also treated with such friendliness and respect. At the end, one of the employees was waiting to open the car door for me. I know that seems like a silly thing, but that small act really made me feel valued as a customer. Thank you!!

My wife and I have been going here since 2017. I won't go anywhere else. At first it was a full service and inspections, now I come for my trailer tires. They helped me out when I had a flat once. They didn't have any new ones in stock so the owner threw on a used tire to get me through the day, he ordered one for me and earned my loyalty forever. On top of that they came out to my house to fix an issue on my wife's car after an oil change and remembered her when she came back for her next full service. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Just brought my Jeep in with a nail in the tire. All bays were busy but I only waited a few minutes, then they immediately plugged it with the tire still on the vehicle! Took 10minutes. Very inexpensive. I could ask for better friendly service. I highly recommend this shop as they do all kinds of auto repairs. Thanks guys!!

I went to this station to have my2024 Ford Bronco inspected. I purchased the Bronco new with 2 miles on it. It has factory tint on windows. Yet I was charged $10 for aftermarket tint. I called to talk to them, was told they do a window tint check on all vehicles! They are stealing $10 from each person! Mine is new and only needed the safety check. Should have been $13.60…they charged me $23.60.
Will not be returning or suggesting that anyone else go there!
