Worst company ever. I was just 5 days late for an invoice . They sent me a penalty after 10 days of my payment. When I asked them that I have not received any reminder they denied that. Usually other companies give a reminder at first then charge for the late fee which they did not. I have cleared everything within 1 week of the due time yet I had to pay the penalty fee!
On a separate note, they also hid the information that it is a 5 years contract. I went through the contract thoroughly. Neither the salesperson nor the contract mentioned anything about it . I only got to know it from Göteborg Energi when contacted them for cancellation of the current services. Even the salesperon promised me of a lower price compare to Göteborg Energi but actually they gave it only for 1st 2 months. Fraud & deceiver!

Total scam, avoid at all costs. They've been calling my wife non stop several days in a row trying to convince her that we have no options and must choose them, to the point where I'm prepared to sue for harassment. Extremely unethical, I'm also making sure to convince anyone I meet using this scam company to switch to tibber.

Dont choose this company! They tricked you offering good price. Later u have to pay more then your bills was before. Canceling agreement cost 1500sek. Strongly not reccomended.

Jag och min familj har nyligen flyttat till Upplands Väsby. De här började skicka falsk faktura redan innan vi flyttade när farsan gjort inte ens någon avtal med det. Sedan ringde de upp farsan och sa att han har redan ansökt och han behöver signera via mobil BankID för kunna se vilket var bs och farsan inte gjorde. Farsan hade avtal med VEAB men glömde varna för det mot best energi så de ringde upp VEAB och sa att vi har redan ett avtal med Best Energi och de måste avbryta avtalet. Förra månaden Igår blev min farsa scammad av elbolaget Nordic best energi. De började skicka falsk faktura redan innan vi flyttade när farsan gjort inte ens någon avtal med de. Sedan ringde de upp farsan och sa att han har redan ansökt och han behöver signera via mobil BankID för att kunna se vilket var BS och farsan inte gjorde. Farsan hade avtal med VEAB men glömde varna de mot best energi så de ringde upp VEAB och sa att vi har redan ett avtal med Best Energi och de måste avbryta avtalet. Förra månaden skickade Best Energi faktura på 400kr och sedan efter några dagar 4000kr för avbrytning på kontraktet som inte fanns från början.

Jag tror Elhjäpen och Nordic green är en företag Elhjäpen lura folk och skriver under fullmakt och sen dem kan skriva. Hur mycket som helst kw men använder. Det är inte så många vet om kW hur mycket använder själv Jag har bindande 5 år 100000 kW år jag använder bara 10000 år 90000 kW. Jag måste betala varje år.
