I have been living in this apartment for a year, and I highly recommend it! The experience has been fantastic, and I want to give a special shout-out to Jimmy, our maintenance professional. He works incredibly hard and truly excels at his job. His professionalism and dedication make a significant difference in our living experience. As I approach my 5 Year Anniversary of living at Mayfair Gardens Apartments this is a long overdue review. I've loved all 5 years I've been here. The grounds are kept Beautifully and the upkeep on the inside of the Apartments are Outstanding and Beyond of what I've experienced in Apartments in the past.This is do to the Super Jimmy. I've lived in Apartments for most of my adult life, the job Jimmy does day in and day out is Outstanding to keep this place a Great Place to live. He is by far the Best of any Apartment Supers I've had in the past. This has made a Pleasurable Experience living here the last 5 years. I'm Very Grateful that Mayfair Gardens Picked the Right Person in Jimmy to keep this place a Pleasurable Place to live Now and in the Future. Also I'd like to Thank Lois who has been very helpful in renewing my lease each year she's always a Pleasure to speak to.

This review is for the process to rent the apartment. I am a new tenant that just moved in. I found this complex through Apartments.com and inquired about pricing and a walk through. Lois responded within 24hrs of sending the inquiry. She set up a time to meet and look through the apartment. I decided I liked it on the spot. Lois let me know what documents I needed and a decision was made quickly. (This was a peace of mind as I am a first time renter) Between the application and finalization I was able to move in less then 2 weeks! See Lois and she can answer any questions you may have.

I lived in Mayfair for one year. I have to say, it was a very pleasant experience. The grounds were beautiful the apartment was immaculate. The Super Jimmy is incredible. Jimmy is always willing to give a helping hand. Jimmy keeps everything in perfect shape. It absolutely felt like a home. Mayfair by far was one of the nicest apartment building I have ever lived in.

I lived there for 5+ years. It is a great place for young singles or couples on long island looking for an affordable place to live. The grounds are impeccable and the apartments are very well kept by management. The building super, Jimmy, is wonderful and he really puts in extra effort to improve everyone's experience. Highly recommend this complex.

My first impression arriving to Mayfair Garden, I noticed the well maintained buildings and manicured landscape. I was greeted by Jimmy the superintendent. He was friendly, professional and helpful.
Inside the apartment there were cathedral ceilings, wood floors and plenty of closet space. It was reasonably priced.
All 4 years that I lived there Jimmy was available whenever I called, especially when I lost my key late at night and had to let me into my apartment. He made me feel safe living there.
On sunny days Jimmy would be outside in the courtyard playing with his children and some other kids in the complex. It made me feel like home.
I just moved and bought a condo. When I told him I was moving, he was genuinely happy for me.
I will always remember fondly living there, especially because of Jimmy and the other great tenants. I highly recommend Mayfair Gardens in Commack.
