Kelcey Foster made an unscheduled visit to my home to review my contract with Solar on Earth. Soon after she started her review, I realized that I knew very little about the "how it works" of the program! For example, I hadn't created an account with Solar on Earth. She did that for me and now I have a resource for help. Also, Kelsey is a Customer Service Specialist and is a resource to answer questions. Additionally, now my monthly payments are being processed as required by contract.

Kelsey is a very competent and committed to her job duties and responsibilities. Solar on Earth is fortunate to have her as an employee.
