I stored my furniture with Extra Storage for 3 yrs. I enjoyed stopping by in person to chat with the lovely ladies who worked there . Lois and her daughter were extremely professional and courteous. My furniture was in great condition after being stored for 3 years! Easy to drive in and out with a uhaul. I would definitely use Extra Storage for storing my items.

Fantastic customer service, friendly, and knowledgeable. The units are in good shape, although mine could’ve been swept out a little better. I’m just shocked how much storage units are. I checked others and they seem to be about the same price. All in all I feel very comfortable with my household items in storage at Olympia extra storage.

I really appreciated doing business with Olympia Extra Storage. I rented a unit for several months while my house was being readied for sale. So nice to know my belongings were in a safe place. The staff are very professional and courteous. Conveniently located near I-5. Highly recommend!

On-Staff (Louis) is amazing. The contract and payment automation is ridiculous. The space in between buildings and around the ends is not designed for large pickups or box trucks. The actual storage is clean and maintained. The locking mechanism is bolt cutter resistant. The lot is free of debris and they have a portable jon. The auto contract is through a awkward portal. The out of US help desk is slow response and ineffective. Luckily the staff on-site is on the opposite spectrum. Thanks Louis

Property is well maintained and the office lady is very nice, compassionate and helpful..
Online process was fast & easy.
Best price's I found in town throughout my search journey. Ended up being able to get a bigger unit for like 50 bucks less than the rest..
The property is very well maintained also..
