Helpful and nice guy at guard shack, gave me a map and directions to building 400, where there are bathrooms. Shipping people were nice and got me into a door right away, which was before 10:00 am. However, Still here five hours later. Eating my day’s hours up. Not happy.

Absolutely insane it never happened before in my trucking career,appointment for 2 pm arrive at 11 am they said my appointment is for 3pm they finally gave me a door at 10:40 pm. Loaded at 2am in the morning next day absolutely ridiculous. Avoid at any cost. All reviews are correct stay away.

Entrance is by Union Grove and depends on the pick up address the security will guide you. Appointment at 17:00 check in at noon and by 14:30 I was on my way out. Loves less than a mile overnight parking at facility ok

This palce is not good for pickup soo much waste time you are on dock waiting

I'm delivering in this complex. DO NOT go down Clarence King! All there for trucks is the exit.
If coming through Rome stay on 53. Go through a little town. Just past the school zone turn right on 53. Sign says TO 75. Garmin doesn't like it but it is a FINE road! Go past Clarence King to the next right. Big sign for Mohawk.
