I have been with storage sense for a few years and always paid rent early, never late. They raised my rent three times. Shopped around and found the same size unit (10x20) for less than half price. So shop around before you rent from these people. Notice was given prior to rent being due. There was 3 weeks left on the swept clean unit and would not pro rate a refund. Was being courteous letting them know so they could rent the unit but didn't matter.

Don't understand why long-term renters pay up to a $100 a month more than online rental prices. Why isn't that discrimination--and against your best customers, the long-term clients?

Everything went as planned. We had to extend our stay by a few months which went without a hitch or problem. Matthew, manager, was extremely helpful and accommodating. He was a pleasure to work with.
