Not happy with them at all. They said the battery I bought is perfect for my bike. Will not hold a charge or turn my bike over. Said if I wasn't happy I could get my money back. They lied. Tested my battery and said it's good. No it's not. I'm surprised they are still in business.

As one of the other customers had said about the bad battery and not making it right. I bought a battery and a week later took it back because it was dead and kept dieing told the guy at the store that it was definitely a bad battery he said he would charge it and check. He checked it tried to tell me it was a good battery sent me on my way. Went home did a draw test 3 different days trying to find the problem. Finally I got the battery tester at work to test the battery sure enough bad battery. Here it is another week later bring it back and another guy checks the battery comes back few hours later and says the battery is bad. Now the great part in order for them to warranty the battery they charge you another %25 of what the battery cost. So a brand new battery that is 2 weeks old and is bad got to spend another $25 to get a replacement battery after just spending $100 two weeks ago the place is definitely a joke. Warranty policy is a joke to. You have 3 days to bring the battery back for your money back but it couldn't be put in a car. And if something happens to the battery within two years they will give you a new one but charge you %25 of whatever the battery cost. Definitely won't be sending any of my customers there ever again.

They have a lot of batteries to choose from. All sizes, shapes, voltages wet and dry cell. I was looking for a replacement for a grass trimmer. They had one that was similar to what I needed but it was the wrong voltage. I was told he was going to contact his supplier to see if he could get what I needed. I haven't heard back from him in 6 days now. Not sure what that means at this point. If I get a call back I probably will give a better rating.

Bought a motorcycle battery in feburary for 165 dollars. It would not charge in september so I took it in for a test. Test showed it was bad. Wanted 135 dollars for a new one that was there warranty price. Go somewhere else I have had other batteries warranty at other stores and within the same year free replacement.

Bought a motorcycle Batt here. Since the cycle was dead, I had no choice but to install it myself. The next day when I returned with my Dead Batt. "Core" return (which they charged me extra for), the Associate treated me like a criminal. My receipt meant nothing to him. They insisted they had to PhotoCopy my Driver's License because I was trying to rip them off. Absolutely a Mistake to buy anything here. These people are obviously not capable to deal in this type of product.
