The clerks act is if they aren't providing a service nor at a place of employment being told to hold on while they complete a personal FaceTime call is wild then to mix up your paperwork and accuse you of being late for an appointment when you were on time for. Staying off your personal phones and engaging in conversations that have absolutely nothing to do with your job will make the transition of trucks flow in and out of the driveway where you may have to get unloaded on the other side of the building quicker and efficiently. Also sliding the tandem will not assist with Trailer safety. 🥴

Very good facility very fast loading they took me 3 hours early before my appointment and they’re closed 3 pm Monday to Friday and Saturday Sunday closed

Driver's Beware!! Came here on a Sunday 4/24 @ 8:30am. Didn't start getting unloaded until 6:30pm. Was instructed that I would receive phone call when ready for paperwork. By 10:30pm decided to check for myself, which was there with a bunch of others SMH. Lady there said she tried calling me, but I highly doubt that, had the to tell other drivers to check as well since that happened to me. Avoid this place if possible, not worth it.

Delivered 6/28/22 and had no issues and was unloaded within 45 minutes of checking in, only issue is they didn’t clean the resin granules out of the trailer and it made a huge mess. It’s 7/6/22 and still have resin granules coming out of the sidewalls of the trailer even after sweeping the trailer and blowing it out with a 250mph gas blower 4x.

Poor leadership at this place. Arrived at 1307pm departed 1820pm with 18 pallet of super sacks (Straight pulloff).Lack of quality work performance, very slow. Ppl talk and jive more than getting the trailer done.

Arrived 5:00 pm for pickup. Walked in lady says (with a funny look on her face) oooh it’s 5:01 you’re late we close at 5:00. I reply seriously and then guy says “yea we supposed to been gone for the day” I’ve been here before always some unprofessional experience. Check the other reviews Never Again will I go to this place.

Bunch of incompetent good for nothing ******! Dude sitting there with a ***** actitud just saying the pick up number is no good! Like honestly here they will hire you even if you don’t know how to hold a pencil! Niagara bottle company keeps saying that’s the correct pick up number and we’ll here we are still waiting! Avoid this place!!!’
