In 2022 The Greenway Solar supplied and installed a large 3 phase solar panel system including Battery Storage to my commercial premises.
When I started looking into solar power I soon realised what a minefield the solar industry was.
The Greenway Solar were recommended to me by a couple of friends that had worked along side the greenway numerous times on various projects with great feedback.
The sales representative Duncan was very helpful and educated me on a many key points I needed to consider before choosing a system.
Once I had met Duncan on site and a proposal was put in place I knew the greenway were a company to have confidence in.
The installation was finished to a high standard with decent hardware and works superbly.
Our factory electric usage has been reduced from 84’000kwh to just 28’000kwh per year.
In the summer the system even produces enough power for us to run our air con units at zero cost.
If you’re looking to invest into solar I highly recommend giving the greenway a call before you sign on anyone’s dotted line.
Since installation the system has run flawlessly and that’s probably because I committed to use a company that has been involved in solar for 10 years.

The Green Way Solar installed solar panels and a battery for me in November 2023 and all is working well. I recently encountered an issue with noise from one of the panels and the team were very prompt and thorough in investigating and resolving the issue (a faulty optimiser component). Excellent after-sales service is crucial for these emerging technologies. The team at Green Way Solar has demonstrated commitment to this aspect of their business. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

Good support from the team when help needed, always the same excellent team on the calls and knowledgeable people who visit which is very reassuring.
Only gripe is that only option to fit pigeon guard was the plastic flexible pigeon guard rather than the more robust metal pigeon guards. The plastic kept coming off (due to the poor design of clips) and pigeons were able to get under the solar panels. In the end I asked the team to fit the metal stuff at cost of £895, but no refund for the £600 plastic pigeon guard that was initially fitted. If given the option then go for metal guards.

What a breath of fresh air. A company that really does look after their customers. We had a solar panel system put in last year and that company, well what can I say, apart from I'm glad they no longer exist. We then needed to find a company to take over our system and that's when we found Greenway Solar. From start to finish the communication, the workmanship, the professionalism is second to none. Even their contractors spoke highly of them from the scaffolding company to electricians. Every step of the way was a breeze and even when we had all that horrendous rain and jobs had to be rearranged, Greenway were always updating us. I purchased solar panels with battery pack 3 months ago, I was extremely pleased with The Green Way Solar as a supplier, the process from ordering right through to installation was smooth and efficient with good communication throughout. All the workforce were extremely courteous and completed their jobs with minimal fuss. I wanted to wait
a while after the installation before posting a review to see how the system performed, I have to say that is has to date exceeded my expectations and fully anticipate that the payback period will be considerably shorter than originally quoted.
