John & Nick at Postal Center USA were a big help for me today. I had an oversized return that they help me get packed up and shipped at the most affordable rate available. The new ownership has updated the aesthetics inside this local mail center. They offer many services to the community like, private mailboxes, passport services, shredding, notary and offer rates from all the major shipping companies around.

They take the extra step to offer a great customer experience. I will continue supporting and recommending this small local business.

I had a somewhat complicated and rushed bit of paperwork I needed to send to South Korea for work and John was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He was very patient and kind, especially after we had to correct the address and re-package everything when I was notified I had the wrong info. I went into this office several times on the same day and John was there to warmly help me and my paperwork was delivered without a hitch!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Postal Center USA location on 2650 Jamacha Road Suite 147 El cajon ca 92019, and I must say, the service I received from their notary John exceeded all expectations. Despite it being late in the evening, the notary went out of his way to accommodate my needs and stayed open beyond regular hours to assist me with my documents.
Not only was the notary professional and efficient, but he also displayed a genuine willingness to help, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. His attention to detail and expertise instilled confidence in me, knowing that my documents were being handled with care.
The level of customer service provided by the notary at Postal Center USA was truly exceptional. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone in need of notary services or any other postal needs. Thank you to the dedicated staff for going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

Dropped off a package here to be delivered overnight but not guaranteed. It took about 4 days to get to its destination with items stolen, and packaging was replaced. I also had candy and chapstick loose in the box and when it was opened, I watched my neice open the package on video, the items were in zip locks. So my package was tampered with and I spent about $62 on overnight shipping. I also had a photo of my deceased brother and I with a note on the back for his daughter which was also stolen. The person who I believe may be the owner asked if $100 insurance was enough, which I never inquirered about and he also noticed the box had a battery sticker on the side and asked what's inside. He was kind and always helpful when I drop off but this instance was not a good experience. I had a drone and an electronic flying ball in the package which was stolen and the art supplies were untouched. Not saying this shop is responsible for this theft, but I'd be wary. My insurance claim was denied.
