I continue to have items lost at this warehouse and never receive them. I've even ordered replacements and still don't receive them most of the time. No one really cares when you express your concerns. You just get the script "I'm so sorry, would you like a refund or replacement?" And when the replacement is lost you can't replace it again, only a refund is allowed which you may or may not receive. I personally believe they're being stolen.

AGS1 is an amazing fulfillment center! Amazing employees and located right off of I20! If you are looking for good pay with benefits and free school, give them a try! Tell them I sent you👍

They keep "losing" my packages. I think someone is stealing them. They mark the tracking as being transferred to the post office (only 5 miles away) but the post office says they didn't receive it. I got a replacement order and the exact same thing happened again.

Twice now in 2 weeks a package to be delivered to me in McCormick SC from the Appling distribution center has been put onto the wrong pallet and ended up in Greenwood SC post office 25 miles away from McCormick. Since Greenwood doesn't deliver to McCormick they send the package to Charlotte NC then to Gastonia NC then onto Atlanta Ga where it sits for several days then onto Palmetto Ga where it sits there for several more days then to Augusta Ga then to the McCormick post office for delivery. 2 weeks ago this process took 11 days. Amazon does not allow anyone from the United States to talk to a US customer service representative. We have to talk to CS reps from India or the Philippines who know nothing. They all assured me 2 weeks ago this would never happen again but yet here it is all over again. Amazon has no concern for their customers or good customer service.

I have had several packages come in to the Appling Ga. Amazon center, where I live locally, and tracking shows it is received but then no movement for a week or more. I then have to order again or try to find at a local store! Some things i need in a certain time frame. Also, when i look at an item to order delivery says a certain day then when I check out it changes to a different delivery date! Delivery or promise dates matter when I
order things!! Also, I have seen tracking say it came in to Appling then leave and go to another town!! What is going on Amazon needs to get it together! I am now waiting for a delivery originated in Ga, came to Appling a week ago and haven't seen it yet. Also, the delivery date changed as soon as I checked out! Contacting Amazon does not help as the rep will offer to cancel and resend.

Well never been in the building but I signed up for Amazon flex couple weeks ago....have not had I'd requested, nor info for a back ground check....the flex app is stuck on asking if I want to change zip code.....hell I purchased a small van specificly for the program due to several friends who give it nothing but high praise....tell me something.

Every single time I've gotten something from the AGS1 warehouse it's horribly packaged and I have to return it because it's damaged. Often times the items are small and delicate and they are put into the big folded box with the lid with adhesive and no padding inside. If you can't even take the time to put things into a box that's the correct size and using padding to protect the item inside you shouldn't be working there.

I'm being serious when I say every time I see that type of box I think to myself "I bet it's from AGS1" and then I see it is and I get aggravated cause I know the likelyhood of the item being okay is slim to none.

They allow tow trucks on site. This is considered federal property and that is not allowed unless they specifically call for one. Several employees cars were towed.

If ordering electronics make sure to choose next day "USPS " don't fall for that "4am -8am" or 2pm to 5pm" option. You will never recieve your order. Driver never came to my house but said " couldn't find a secure place to leave items. " Amazon Flex app showed me your location and I was outside all day.
