Outstanding workers in David, John and J. They were punctual, professional and kept me informed throughout the whole project. They were intentional about doing the highest quality of work and it shows. No shortcuts or cutting corners. I would hire Idaho Fence again if all their people are like these three. Kudo to IF. Idaho Fence did a absolute great job. Joe, Sawyer and Alex were the guys on my fence. Very respectful on not ruining my lawn. They were very professional and very experienced at their craft. Fence is sturdy and straight. Gates swing smoothly and lock in with ease. These guys went above and beyond, as far as hand scrubbing the marks and dirt off my fence. Super super happy with the overall experience, from the qoute to the finish job. I would definitely have these guys build me another fence again. Thanks Guys.

Caveat emptor...Buyer beware. Idaho Fence installed gates at my brand new home this past January. Yesterday, when the sprinkler in the front would not work, low and behold, Idaho Fence had installed a gate post directly on top of the sprinkler feed and broke it. Now here is the rub: When I called Idaho Fence and I told them the gate post broke the sprinkler pipe they said, "The contract you signed stated that we are not responsible for broken sprinklers." Then that means even though they knew they put the post on top of the sprinkler pipe, it doesn't matter. Let me explain. (See pictures below.)

The post hole was below the sprinkler pipe and the concrete that held the post in place was around the sprinkler pipe, therefore when the hole was dug, they saw the pipe. Why didn't they tell me? I was in the house at the time they dug the hole and set the post. The reason, they didn't care because they knew if they broke the pipe the contract said they weren't responsible.

You can see in the pictures that they set the post right on top of the sprinkler pipe. (The pictures were taken after the sprinkler company started putting the new fittings on to fix the break.) And that the concrete was poured around the pipe.

What was most disappointing was that the company, when called, took the attitude of "Not our problem. You signed the contract. Deal with it." They didn't ask what was the issue, just cold, "screw you" attitude. Lessons Learned:

1) Know where your sprinkler lines are BEFORE any post holes are dug.
2) Stand there and watch them dig the holes and then check below where they dug to see if anything is there.
3) Use a reputable fence company that stands behind their work and owns up to their mistakes.

Note: Both the Sprinkler company (Tear Drop) that fixed the problem and my landscaper stated that they find this all the time with Idaho Fence. Obviously, Idaho Fence KNOWS they are going to break sprinkler systems, hence why they have in their contract that they are NOT responsible for broken sprinkler systems. Caveat emptor.

Ben and the crew, Phil and Nick, did an excellent job of installation for our backyard fence. They even put up a little stone lip in the gap between the side gate and ground, because they knew it was important, once the fence was done, that our cats not get out and around front to the main street. A little thing, but a thoughtful touch. Thank you to the whole Idaho Fence crew for a job well done

Idaho Fence did an awesome job on my wood fence. Oscar and his crew were friendly, professional and did a great job making sure my fence was perfect. They were careful around my shrubs, flowers and trees. They went above and beyond by securing an open area so my dog wouldn't get out until they were able to come finish up. I would highly recommend!
