This “business” is ran by the most unprofessional, disrespectful and rude staff I’ve ever come across. Upon acquiring service they tried to make us pay the previous renters remaining balance stating the bill goes with the property not the renter/owner. When that didn’t work for them,because news flash that’s not legal. They are open all of 8-12 Monday-Friday. So if you’re unfortunate enough to actually speak to someone on the damn phone both consider yourself lucky because good for you for catching someone working there and sorry about your luck because chances are you’ll be forced to speak to one of the two Mayer Water Districts water trolls. They are way overpaid and highly underskilled with dealing with the public. Both are rude af and you will get two different responses from each of them. Neither will be correct so again sorry about your luck. They of course have a monopoly on the water services so they can be as rude and unprofessional as they want because there’s not another option. Giving this “business” even one star is painful but that’s the best option. Before moving into Mayer I suggest you take a trip by their office during their very limited hours and trying your luck with their customer service before doing so. Place is a damn joke!
