State Energy installed my AC system recently and they were amazing! I had an older AC unit and they replaced it with a new energy star rated unit. The crew was professional, proficient, polite, and answered every question that I had. The AC system has been flawless and lowered my power bill significantly. The crew even refitted my filter opening to accept a bigger filter and did all the forming and drywall work. I would highly recommend this company and will continue to use them for my yearly service or any future needs!

State Energy Heating & Air Conditioning says they have the coolest customers in the hottest state. Well my family and my customers love State Energy!! Their guys installed our new HVAC system and thermostat in a professional and did so expeditiously. We are so grateful for their competence. Everything went seamlessly. I have recommended them to my customers because of their pricing and professionalism. We are eternally grateful. When lightening struck nearby, it fried our HVAC system, but they told us it was under warranty. So glad. They were Johnny-on-the-spot to return and install a new system.

Their technician came to take a look at my AC unit, made temporary Freon refill and offered to call back if problem persists. I called Robin on Friday and left her message asking her advise and hoping she would return my call.AC went even worse on Saturday and I called and left her message again. Now it is Monday and no one from this company called me back. I found another company and they responded right immediately and in 1 hour came to me for help.
Sorry, but State Energy is not reliable company at all!!!

I was scheduling an appointment for my AC diagnostics and Robin scheduled this appointment .Technician John came to my apartment and stated that he has no time for complete and full diagnostics because Robin scheduled him with something else later that day. But in this case why I was not informed that it would be only limited time .I would rather choose another day for full and complete check. It is disappointing!!!
