Fiserv is the worst company, I sold a painting for $110,000.00 and Fiserv processed $80,000.00 and KEPT $30,000.00! The customer said yes to the charges, we said yes this is a legitimate charge and yet with NO EXPLANATION, Fiserv will not release our $30,000.00 Now we get a letter saying case closed, they will review our case September 20th! Who conducts business like this? We have no way of contacting someone that can help us and they refuse to call us back.
Fiserv has held our money ($30,000.00) for nine weeks, please advise!

Fiserv + Clover have stolen over $60k from our bank account. Because they got hacked. They said it was our website, though weeks ago we made our website run through Square instead, and they just shut down our POS again today because they had more attempted fraudulent charges, which is irrefutable evidence its been happening on their end the whole time. Which has also been verified by two independent cyber security teams. They have been unreachable on the matter since January.

Warning: Do not do business with this company! Period! I agree with other reviewers who have stated that this company is full of scammers, engages in corrupt practices, and is only interested in stealing your hard-earned money. What happened to integrity and trust when doing business?
Long story short: One of their sales consultants informed me that the Clover Flex would be a lease-to-own agreement and that I could pay it off anytime without penalties. Immediately after our phone conversation, I signed the contract via email. Okay, I should have read the contract thoroughly, but I trusted the sales consultant. Thanks to him, I developed betray trauma and learned my lesson—to always run contracts through paid AI first to detect deceptive practices and agreed verbal term.
After making a few monthly payments, I decided to pay off the device. However, when I contacted them, a representative informed me that there was no such thing as a lease-to-own option and that if I wanted to pay it off, the cost would be $1,483—the price of two machines instead of one! Absurd.
I had initially told the sales representative that I preferred to buy the device outright, but he assured me that the lease-to-own option was available with an early buyout and no penalties. When I raised my concerns, another representative told me I would have to file a complaint with management because I had been given incorrect information.
After months of disputes, I was informed that I had submitted my complaint to the wrong internal department. Really? They couldn’t have told me that when I first filed the complaint?
They finally agreed to offer me an early buyout of $479.10, and to return the equipment, but they refused to put the buyout terms in writing via email. This forced me to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). If it weren’t for BBB, I would have never received confirmation of the buyout terms, the promise that my account would be closed, and assurance that I would not incur additional fees.
Thanks to BBB, I will also receive a satisfaction letter confirming that my account is closed and that I do not owe anything further.

Additionally, based on my experience and the experiences of many others, I believe this company’s deceptive practices warrant further legal scrutiny. Business owners who have been misled should explore their options to hold them accountable

Searching for "top credit card processing companies" will get you a page full of better companies. This business may have been good but didn't keep up with the times, except for increasing fees. Customer service is also lacking from frequent transfers, often tracing back to the same department, and the connection worsens with each transfer.

STAY AWAY FROM this company. Sales reps misrepresent to go you into sign contract. Zero ( 0 ) customer service help. You’ll lose your peace and trust in dealing with anyone ever again if you ever deal with this company. AVOID this company at all cost. Merchant One, Clover Fiserv 0/10 👎

Would give 0 stars if I could. Corrupt, greedy, inefficient. Cancelled my account after 8 years in the middle of the day with no warning or notice, 4 months later sent me a bill for $16k due to a compliance fine (with no other explanation or anything). I am currently on hold for over 2 hours waiting to speak with someone. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Crooks

Terrible company. Sent me an email on Saturday to say there was a problem with my account and it would be closed at the end of the month if I didn’t correct it. Went in Monday to correct it, only to find they had already shut down my terminal. Now they’re saying it will be a week before it is up again. Meanwhile, I’m not able to process payments and have tens of thousands of dollars sitting there in invoices, unable to process them. I have a customer due a refund, and I can’t give it to him. Run, don’t walk, from this company.

Do not use them! They will steal/hold your money to inflate their balance sheet and income statement. They are currently holding my money, probably until after December 31, to make their financial statements look better, which is FRADULENT. I will be pursuing legal action.

Got sold a 1% rate by one of their branches sales rep (Grant McLaughlin from Brilliant POS) and a clover system lease when taking over a business. Everything seemed cool on paper. We let Grant know about the products we stocked and continued about our lives. However, 2.5 years later - we abruptly get our card processing services cancelled. Fiserv decided we were no longer a business they wanted to work with. On top of that, they are still forcing us to make our remaining lease payments. Worst experience with a company I've ever had. This also caused us to thoroughly review our card processing statements only to find out that we were being charged an effective 3% processing rate after all the hidden fees.

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT WORK WITH BRILLIANT POS OR THIS COMPANY
