I have been there twice and each & every time all the guys in there are very friendly, respectful & helpful. Their services is on the point and they offer a wide variety of services. Stop by any time you need Shipping & receiving FEDEX, UPS, DHL, USPS or even stamps, they also do copy and fax service and yes Mailbox Rentals. Wow! everything in one place at great value and top notch service. keep up the good work you'll!!

Yesterday I stopped in around 4pm with a FedEx shipping label and a small stack of papers that needed to be overnighted. The FedEx drop box did not have any envelopes which is why I went into Goin’ Postal. For $1.90 I got an envelope and they took the envelope and the already paid for FedEx shipping label to send out. I confirmed that the envelope would go out last night because it had to arrive by today. The last FedEx Dropbox pickup is 6pm. I wish I would have just gone to FedEx or UPS and sent overnight from there. My advice: NEVER EVER EVER USE GOIN’ POSTAL! My tracking says FedEx has not even RECEIVED the envelope yet! So I called Goin’ Postal… you know you can tell someone is being dishonest when they stutter and repeat your questions… he said it already went out. I asked yesterday? Yes, between 4-5pm yesterday. I said but the tracking does not indicate FedEx received it. Do you take it to FedEx? He told me call FedEx & they will tell me they have it. Clearly, he does not understand how tracking works. Now I am very very worried the envelope is lost. My boss is furious with me. All because I lacked a FedEx envelope and thought the small business on the way home says this is a service they provide. I will NEVER EVER use Goin’ Postal every again! The UPS Store off 43 in Crossroads/ Greenleigh are super courteous and I should have gone to them. I wish I could give ZERO stars!

Convenient to ship any packages. Very polite man working there. Fast service, was out of there in less than a minute! Will reccomend to friends!
