Moved into Kaal Rock a couple months ago after renting an apartment elsewhere in Poughkeepsie. From the beginning, this experience has been a breath of fresh air. Jay, the property manager, has gone above and beyond to answer any questions I have and fix/replace anything that stopped working. Just a few days ago my ac unit abruptly stopped working and within a matter of one day Jay had had it replaced with a brand new one. Definitely check Kaal Rock out if you are looking to rent in Poughkeepsie!

I moved in several weeks ago and from the start the site manager Jay has been extremely helpful. From the moment I met him until now he has left no stone unturned. Initially right after I moved in there was an issue with the electrical with J corrected within days, overall the areas very quiet And it seems like a nice neighborhood with a lot of nice folks living in this area. However, the most important reason to live here is the attention to detail and the support that the site manager Jay gives you he really is a stand-up Guy. Kudos my brother.

I have lived in Kaal Rock for a few years and it has been nothing short of a wonderful stay. From a location standpoint, the apartments sit right by the Hudson with great views and I can catch firework shows from right outside. Kaal Rocks grants you peaceful living not only because of the location but also because of the Apartment Manager, Jay. He is someone that at all times is ready to help and you will soon feel all doubts and worry vanish as you can truly depend on Jay - He is a one of a kind Apartment Manager.

I've lived in Kaal Rock for almost 2 years now. Great apartment, nice quiet safe area, plenty of parking. No complaints really. Jay the property manager is always so friendly and professional. Ready to help if something is wrong, luckily that doesn't happen but I know he's prepared to get any job done and is always asking how things are.

My partner an I have been living at KRM for 6 months now and we are continuously impressed! It is in a great location (Only one block away from the train station, 5 min drive to Vassar hospital). The area is fairly safe with low foot traffic. The neighbors are all friendly and the complex is quiet. Accommodations, facilities, and services are all as advertised and are satisfactory. The staff has been beyond friendly and incredibly helpful with all of our needs and responds to concerns or issues instantly. The apartment is up to date and perfect for our needs.

I have been a tenant at Kaal Rock for over 2years and I am very happy with this apartment complex. The people here are very nice and respectful . Jaquan , the property manager is great ! He is very professional , courteous , and hard working. Jaquan and his crew are punctual when it comes to fixing anything that needs to be fixed in Kaal Rock . It’s in a nice , quiet location by the water and near the train station which is very convenient . Kaal Rock is an excellent choice to call Home !😊
