So where do I start . You took something that was almost perfect and ran over it with a mack truck . Your Online banking was very easy to manage , great for me to transfer money around . Especially since my daughter has an account there too . Real easy to that . Now it's like driving in LA Cali at 5 pm without a map or GPS . WHY It was so simple a caveman could do it ! Now it's like you had to train your people to try to train us to manage something that was as homemade as Apple pie . Another corporate company complicating Americans need is all I see here .

Three times in a 12 month span my direct deposit hasn't went through. Their explanation is " there's nothing we can do about it". This is peoples lives and the best you can do is some bogus excuse.
