I had scheduled an appointment 3 mo in advance took time off from work only to find the Dr called in sick. That was 3 months ago. Today the exact same thing happened. I will find a new optometrist. I understand people get sick. Im more than compassionate. I am upset because there should be someone to take the appointment after 2 canceled appointments. Sad

Staff was very friendly. They were quick at getting me checked in. The eye exam was very thorough. Dr. Eddie Peter was very kind, polite, and also very patient. The rest of the staff let me take my time picking out frames and going over what my insurance would cover and letting me know what I would have cover. I have received great service and care at Avery Eye Care. Today they were unexpectedly short staffed and were running behind on appointments. Everyone did their best to get patients through expeditiously and still complete a thorough exam. Dr. Eaton took her time going over the exam with me and answered all my questions.
