The electrician did a wonderful job, but there were some extenuating circumstances regarding my account that had to be addressed and their Service Coordinator, Debra Thomas, was very unprofessional, even after bringing it to her attention and speaking with her privately about it. Not only did she not apologize, but she doubled-down on her perspective. Buyer Beware! Life is too short and we all work too hard for our money to be treated this way.

Bradley and the entire team at RK Bass are absolutely wonderful. I had an electrician quit at the last minute because I wanted to keep my cost down by doing the ditch digging and conduit myself. Bradley came on a moments notice and was extremely helpful. He tried to save me money on everything and it was considerably less than the other electrician quoted. I could not have done this move without their help. The work was extremely good and they got the city inspection done very quickly. If you’re looking to have any electrical work done I highly recommend RKBass. They do great work and go out of their way to find the best price for the supplies needed for the job.

We wanted to get two outlets and two dimmers installed. It seemed pretty straight-forward, but when the guys left I noticed one of the dimmers was installed upside down.Unfortunately, they didn't check their work before they left. Luckily, I did, and before they drove off I asked them to fix it. They did. Ok, great. But the next day, the other dimmer stopped working. I called to have it fixed. VERY long story short, after a lot of attempts, it couldn't be fixed and we had to ask for a refund on it since it they couldn't install the dimmer without it flickering or malfunctioning. And in the end, in attempt to fix one dimmer they ended up messing up the other one. But we did not want them to come back. So, we ended up calling another electric company to fix the job.

Overall, the experience was disappointing. Although the company gave us a refund for the part they couldn't install, I had to ask for it. They didn't offer it. Most disappointing was that when I called about the second dimmer, no one offered an apology or to ask what happened or how they cold make it right. Even when I told them that I did not want them to come back to fix the 2nd dimmer (in fear they would mess up something else), there was no reaction. Maybe this is just a normal thing for them.

The good news is we found another company that is able to install dimmers and electrical outlets, and one that has good customer service/ communication.
