Seeking a durable, high-quality vacuum, we did our research and chose the SEBO D4 Premium. Our experience at Walnut Creek Vacuum was exceptional from the start.

William greeted us warmly and listened carefully when we mentioned our deep-pile shag carpets. He expertly demonstrated the SEBO and let us demo it in the store. We were impressed with his knowledge and purchased the vacuum at a great price.

However, once we got home, the SEBO wouldn't vacuum our shag carpet, and the automatic shut-off kept engaging the belt. We called the store, and they immediately asked us to bring it back, suggesting we also bring a carpet sample.

Upon our return, the service was top-notch and extremely customer-focused. Within minutes, they installed a specialized plate and a different roller brush on the power head, perfectly suited for deep carpets. We waited briefly while the adjustments were made.

Since then, we've been loving our new vacuum. Walnut Creek Vacuum stands out for its excellent customer service and deep product knowledge, ensuring we got the right machine configuration for our home.

Ty is awesome! Bought a top of the line sebo vacuum. There was a defect with the powerhead, and they replaced it. The shop is super knowledgable about vacuums and they usually have great discounts - just ask!

If you want a vacuum that lasts and cleans better than any other vacuum you've owned before, highly recommend going to WC Vac for the best selection, deals, and customer service. Don't bother going to big box stores and getting a Dyson that breaks after a year, support local biz!
