Chicken, they'll call you when they're ready for you. Loading pretty fast depends on how many pallets you're taking. Recommend to park outside if there are too many trucks in there

They need to install new pavement. Lots of pot holes. Checkin for imas fresh is on side of building where cars are parked. They usually overload you and the nearest cat scale is at Love’s so if you roma tomatoes let them know only to load 1520 pieces. I’ve got loaded 1600 with full tank of disease and was turned-out to be overweight by 2000 pounds. Then it took them 3 hours to take 1 pallet out.

So I'm giving them 5 stars bc our load was ready when we got there. The guy in the office was very nice and helpful.
I understand the frustration of ppl though bc I've dealt with many produce shippers along the Mexico/US border and the wait times are crazy. But we have to understand that they can't load a product that hasn't crossed the border yet and we all know how much of a pain it can be to cross the border with produce loads.
The broker told us we needed the empty and heavy weigh tickets but they never even asked for the empty weight.
But there is 2 public scales right down the road on military hwy. The one we used was $11 and $5 on the reweigh.
They loaded us perfectly was only 180 over according to the scale and if you won't run that then turn in your cdl.
