I reached out to Pinetop Electric due to their good reviews but obviously that doesn't tell it all. I spoke with the gentleman on the phone about the work I needed done. We scheduled a date and time for him to come by to take a look and give a quote but he never showed up. Sent a message afterwards and received no response. Truly unprofessional.

Got their name off a FB group for the White Mountains. If you’ve lived up here a while, you know finding good trades is a challenge. We’ve had several electricians come out and the work was questionable. These guys were great!! Two guys showed up on time and even early once. They were hard workers and their work looks impeccable. So knowledgeable. We are doing a big add-on project and I’m going to request my contractor use them if possible. I highly recommend Pinetop Electric!

I called and talked to Rich about doing a few projects for me. He was responsive and came to the house to see what was needed. He said he would send me the estimate the following day, that was May 19th. Since then I’ve called 3 times, left a voicemail once and spoke to his wife twice. She told me she would talk to Rich and get right back to me that day. I have not heard anything yet and it’s the 15th of June. Honestly if it’s something he doesn’t want to do just say so. I will not call him again and will let others know.
