I have had my home serviced by Friendly Pest Control for 4 years and have been very happy with their service. The office always messages me to remind me of appointments. All technicians have done a great job however Christopher Gould has performed the majority of my homes service and I have been very pleased. I always receive a text letting me know he’s on his way. On the very rare occasion when we’ve had an observation of bugs between treatments he asks for pertinent info and makes suggestions/ treats as needed. Christopher does a great job and obviously takes pride in his work.

We moved at the area recently and I had a couple friends recommend Friendly Pest control. Definitely was a great suggestion. AndI in the office was amazing to talk to…very pleasant and professional. She took a strong interest in my house and explain in great detail what the tech would do upon arrival. Cody the technician came out today and did an extremely thorough job. Very detailed. After he was done, he sent me a video explaining everything he did and addressed any concerns I had when I followed up with him. Definitely would recommend this company. Very deserving five stars.

We have been using Friendly Pest Control for about 3 years and they are excellent each and every time! Most times Cody is our tech, if not they are great at telling us ahead of time who will be coming to complete our service. They always give an update after it’s completed on what was done. They do great, effective work!

Friendly Pest Control is the best! For regular maintenance, they are excellent and always close out each visit with a short video detailing what was done and what they observed. I find these hugely helpful, especially because it is a second home and we are rarely there during their visits.

We recently had a very strange infestation in our attic that we could not figure out what it was. The owner prioritized our issue and came to the house within two days to check it out. He was able to treat the area and gave us real peace of mind. We are super grateful for their expertise and exceptional level of service!

Service is great timely, friendly, efficient. Cody is exceptional at his work and listens and responds as to all problems- and takes care of them. I would highly recommend their service. And Cody texts and advises when he estimates arrival. Constant contact is important to me.

Our tech, Christopher, from Friendly Pest Control, has always been very professional yet down-to-earth with his expertise. We had a lot of spiders inside and outside of our home when we first moved in. He made sure to take care of the issues, and took the time to explain what he was doing and why.

He even helped us at no extra charge when we had a pack rat under the house. Haven’t had a problem since! Thank you Christopher, and Friendly!
