The entire store staff was outstanding!
Ariel, Danielle, Jason Yates and Trent were all very helpful.
Made my first contact with Ariel and she understood my concerns and questions and handled everything superbly.
Due to the complexities involved, it took some time, but everyone remained cheerful!
I strongly recommend the Ft.Payne T-Mobile store!

I would say they were very patient with me I had a hard time deciding but overall this is a great team that they have for t mobile. Best I’ve ever felt with. Couldn’t thank them enough for the support and all. Great management if I could I’d give 10 stars

Ok, first things first. If you are looking at the reviews as a way of determining service provided, please read them. One star was given to the local store for something the customer service (not local staff) did, which is ridiculous. Pay attention to what people are posting and why the stores score is not the 5 it deserves. This store and staff (huge shout out to Trent and Danielle) are the BEST! Super helpful and knowledgeable. By far the best interaction dealing with a phone company I've ever had. Will highly recommend to everyone.

This store and all the employees are awesome and go above and beyond to help. I had to wait for my son to finish work and was there 45 mins talking and it felt like I was with friends. They were all happy to be there not like it was a "job". I recommend this store if you need any cellular service!

The best service I have had since buying phones Mr Jason Townson did his thing explained to me and my wife how our phone work and all the extra the phone had. The attitude of everyone in the store was VERY HELPFUL AND THEY ALL HAD SMILES. BIG DIFFERENCES FROM the other phone service in this town. IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICE THIS IS THAT PLACE. THANKS AGAIN JASON out standing job best phone service in town bar none!!!!
