Ferrell Propane Gas in Parker, Arizona has the worst customer service that I have ever dealt with. We tried to get propane delivered to our site last Monday. We gave them all of our information and said that they would have to open an account with them, which we did. They then said that we would have to pay prior to receiving the propane or they would have to run a credit check. So no problem we paid with our Credit Card, we made sure that they knew the make, model, and description of our motorhome and the site we were in. Now remind you that they scheduled a truck to come out on Monday, the driver went to the wrong place, he came into the park, but when to the wrong location. The park restrooms which had a much larger tank for propane we had to prepay for 30 gallons of gas. The tank by the restrooms holds much more and said on his paperwork that he could not fill it. We were in the site across from the restroom. Never once in our description of where our Motorhome was, did we say restrooms. Just the description of the motorhome and the site number, with the license plate number, along with every other question that they asked. So no propane was delivered to us. We called the customer service line back and told them our situation, she then said that she would talk to a Manager and get back to us. No call back from anyone at customer service. So we then call back on Wednesday with again no response. Today we called and let them know that we wanted to speak to a Manager, she was the rudest witch that I have ever spoke to. Customer service is worse than poor. We are long time RVers that have been coming to Parker for over 30 years. If I could of given them - stars it would be a -10. I will be letting all of our River family know not to use Ferrellgas. I will be posting it in BIG PRINT that they are the worst company that we have ever dealt with. I will be posting it at all campgrounds up and down river, Arizona side as well as the California side. Watch for my signs to pop up everywhere. Buyer Beware!!!!!
FERRELL PROPANE is just BAD, in everyway possible. Don't use them they don't deserve anyone's business. -10
BAD, BAD, and, BAD. I hope they end up going out of business!! So we ran out of propane yesterday with 4 children and no propane to cook dinner. We woke up early this morning, unhooked and closed everything up. We had to drive to Parker to get propane. We have owned a Propane Delivery Service in California and would never have treated our customers with anything but the best service that we could provide. Doing everything possible to make our customers Happy and never left anyone without propane. Service is key, the customer service manager a (Woman) never got her name. She should be fired and never work with the public. Like I said before she was rude, lied to us and didn't give a crap about us. (The Customer) Without customers this company is doomed. Look for anyone else in the Parker area for any of your propane needs. BIG -10

It took almost 2 weeks to get my propane. Their lazy delivery driver would come by and see the dogs in the yard and instead of stopping to let me know he was there so I could put the dogs away he’d just drive by! I ended up running out of propane and calling multiple times to complain. Eventually their driver came out and gave me MORE propane than I had ordered and over filled my propane tank so it was blowing propane out of the top for nearly 15 minutes! Then I received a bill for the overfill! When in called to complain the lady on the phone was surprised how much they had charged me per gallon for the propane and discounted the overfill rate but just confirmed I was overcharged for the propane in the tank. Very unsatisfactory customer service.
