I was about moving away from Shell energy as a completely dissatisfied customer, but Gezim Pongja made me totally change opinion and convince me that Octopus Energy is building a totally different baseline and customer approach. I got responsiveness (in English in Germany!), politeness and understanding, common sense and willingness to find solutions. I'm a satisfied Octopus customer since Aug-2023. One of my major concern when commiting to a utility provider in Germany was obviously how effectlively I can communicate with the provider itself when I have some concerns or doubts, being the fact that I'm still not very good with German. But thanks to their patience and knowledgable customer service teams when ever I called them, they were always patience and happy to help. The fact that I didnt had to contact them all the time is also one thing to point out.
Overall really happy and will continue using Octopus and will suggest them to my friends. 😉
