I’ve been to this location a time before only I stopped real quick at the gas pump and use my card outside this time today is August 6 and I would say about 6:40 AM 2024. I had visit this location again. I made my way inside from starting. I parked at gas pump as soon as I stepped out I stepped onto old fluids that were very sticky old, which had me look at all the ground. This place has not been sprayed wash down and I don’t know how long, as this is not attended to very often, I then go in and get a drink of fountain drink since a.m. is the only place that sells Horchata only to find out there’s no cups no straws, no lids and you would have to ask to register for one you left out there uncovered facing up for everything that’s in the air to fall in as I believe this is unsanitary not employees wash their hands or not just going off of how the store is is not very clean as soon as I step in the store, though, I will tell you there was two ladies that were working the counter two ladies very bad vocabulary, speaking with no worries, and no cares of how they talk and how professional they might look or may not look, I see that they have a very good relationship with the drug addicts and stuff like that they talk to every single person that walked in the store not a higher or good morning but more of a what’s up what’s going on how and profanity I could not believe that this is actually happening at a convenience store it made me think time has really changed and there is no care in the world as a customer, I just knew I wanted to get out of that store as soon as possible. I paid for $20 in gas and a little bag of Cerritos and a Horchata. The price came out to 25 something I’m not too sure if it was really worth it. I bought two extra items besides gas, which came out to five something i’m not too sure if the owners know about how things are there and how things are being conducted at this location. Honestly, I do think there could be some checking up on from corporate or from the owner. This is very bad although you can’t control society and the public should be able to control the property and inside the property inside the store it’s self I am lost for words. I really am. I had no idea that his store can be ran in this manner. I honestly believe I will never visit the store again even more because it’s in a area I most visit but after today, I have no idea what I can expect and if anything is maintained or up-to-date even sanitary. I just thought maybe this could reach the right person that can do some possible checking up on our even seen the cameras I mean, this is no way you would want your store to be ran. It was sold ghetto and I know I would be embarrassed .

They changed vendors of their bagged ice, it's nice to buy ice and not worry about it being dirty or filled with plastic!! Thank you, AMPM owner! Changing my 1 star to 3 stars because the owner clearly cares! But they have no control over the poor homeless people who are there begging and / or doing drugs. It's just a bad neighborhood.

I rarely go to this location. There are A LOT of shady people there that hang around outside. The employees have always been super nice, but twice now, we've bought bagged ice and found it dirty and pieces of plastic mixed in. I am SO disgusted!! Because we didn't notice until after we were already drinking it.? the store is clean inside, but their bagged ice is not. They should definitely change vendors.

Staff has always been good… quick, respectful, friendly, etc… but I don’t go here anymore because it’s zombie land outside. I get followed up to the door and then again when I come back out all the way to my car by people asking for money and cursing me out when I say no, even when I’m with my kid. It’s scary. No security ever. Just drive to the next gas station to be safe.

I keep on being followed around by at least one employee like I'm homeless. I do have a long beard, but that's it. There's been two occasions where the store got rid of all their evening employees within the last 7 years. It's unfortunate they do this to good employees instead of the occasional bad one. The parking lot can get sketchy, but not as bad as other places. Panhandlers get chased away. There's also occasionally new beer.

There's also good employees that make up for the bad. I had a couple cut in front of me with a couple hand fulls of stuff. Despite waiting at the counter they said they weren't ready. So the cashier made them move out of the way so I could check out my one item.

I love the new management at this location. The homeless is always giving them a hard time but the handle it well. Reanna goes out of her way to make sure I'm satisfied every visit.

This white lady cashier came out and followed me to my car asking if I walked out with anything and I am sure it’s not because of I looked anything suspicious but because I am black! This was at 6:24pm may10th2024
