I would give them less than a one if I could. They only pick our trash up only half of the time. I have called more than five times to ask them to come back out and pick it up. I pay my bill so you would think they would do their job! I think I’m going to start prorating my payment to them. You pick up my trash every week like you are supposed to do and I will pay the bill you send me. Every time you skip a week, you can’t expect me to pay for what you don’t pick it up!

This is a terrible garbage company. When I had republic garbage service, I had a garbage can and a big recycling can. The county got rid of our big recycling cans and opted to give us bags that can't be recycled to just sit on the side of road, looks absolutely terrible going down the street seeing bags and bags of trash on the road. Then they swap to ADSI for garbage. They have no real set time or schedule for when they run on your day. They will leave bulk pick-up on the road side for weeks. Regularly miss peoples cans to be emptied. I see now all of these counties around here swapped over to them, and it feels like someone made a lot of money on this exchange and we are the ones paying for it. When I ask my city why they wouldn't stay with republic garbage, they said I would not have been happy with their price increase, but I still pay the same if not more for worse ADSI service. All of these counties signing contracts with this company that no one enjoys means officials in charge are making some profit somehow off of making these deals all of the NE part of the state.

We are .5 mile outside of city limits. Arrow serviced the city and the county. They constantly forgot to pick up our trash. Now they have been bought out by meridian and they have forgot our trash again. 15 minutes on the phone and no one to answer. They gladly take my money but are no help.

My trash can has been broken and I no longer have a lid. I requested a replacement trash can over 10 weeks ago. I follow up weekly asking for an updates and they are unable to provide me with any information. A customer service representative told me that some customers have been without a trash can longer than me. This is unacceptable.

An absolute joke! This company does not provide you trash service but they take your money and keep you waiting. I paid for trash service for the month of June and they said the trash barrel would arrive within a week or 2 that was on June 4th when I did this. It is now July 16 over a month later and still no barrell! But yet they sent the bill on time! And from the people I have talked to amd other post I've seen there's been people waiting over 3 months for their barrel to arrive! You'd be better off starting your own trash service business or just burning your trash instead of waiting on this sorry excuse of a company to do their job!

My pickup is supposed to be Thursday. We put it out Thursday no one picks it up we leave it out by Saturday morning the trash can is dumped over and we have to clean it up every week. Been a customer awhile but I've had enough.

We started using ADSI in May 2024. At first we were frustrated with the service, but customer service really did their best to help us and resolve our issues. Everyone that we have spoken with at ADSI have really tried to meet our needs.
Today, we had the opportunity to meet with the truck driver, Milton and his partner, John. They couldn’t have been nicer. Milton said that they were trying to keep up, but because of some unfortunate circumstances with some of their trucks and the weather, they had gotten behind, and he actually apologized. They were on time today and I’m so glad to have met them. I appreciate their efforts at “plowing away” at the endless amount of trash that they are responsible for in our community and also, in pitching in to take other routes to help keep everyones trash picked up. Thank you for keeping our neighborhood cleaner and healthier to live in. Without trash service, we would be in terrible shape. We appreciate you very much and thank you for your hard work.

Called to ask if my pick up day had changed after one week of a completely missed pick up and three weeks of being a day behind. Was called a liar when asked for a refund on my account for the week of missed service. Literally called me a liar over asking for a refund of six dollars! How extremely insulting! Why anyone would award this sub-par company with government contracts is beyond me!
