After years of consideration and negative experiences from neighbors we finally made the commitment to go solar. I googled a few companies, talked to a couple clients about their solar installations and finally decided on Solar Optimum. We absolutely did not want to lease and had some money to put down so our payment per month would be low. I would recommend doing this if you’re going to purchase solar. We were contacted by Brandon Chavez and had a virtual phone consultation with him. He was very honest and educated about the company and its product. We were in constant contact with him throughout the process which included filling out the loan payments through their credit union and setting up appointments for inspection and installation. We were informed about some cracked tiles on our roof but the installation crew said they always come prepared to fix any existing damaged roof tiles. The inspection and install crew were very nice and professional. They did a flawless job installing the panels and Enphase box; they even painted the conduit to match the house and roof color. It was also seamlessly run down through the roof as opposed to over and under the eve. It is so much better than what SunRun did with our neighbors. They also have an awesome App that shows how the panels are producing from day to day. Cheers to Solar Optimum and their crew.

Three months ago, my husband and I began inquiring about having a solar energy system and back-up battery (a must, in case of power outage) installed on our Nevada home for long term savings in our energy bill. The very first person we spoke with was Connor Hastings of Solar Optimum. He came to our home, reviewed our energy bills, looked over our roof and electric panel and then proceeded to present a plan to us. He seemed quite impressive in his knowledge and answered our questions and offered us Panasonic panels and Tesla Powerball 3 in order to achieve the best energy output result. After meeting with Connor, we began to educate ourselves on the subject of having a solar system installed, and speak with sales representatives from other companies to compare their systems with that of Solar Optimum, compare prices, and to sift through the various presentations to be certain we were getting the best quality system for our home. In the end, it became clear that Connor of Solar Optimum had proven to be accurate in his presentation, and had convinced us that Solar Optimum had the best system available. Accordingly, we entered into a contract with Solar Optimum. The installation was done professionally by a foreman and a crew of 6 people and an electrician named Justin. Solar Optimum kept to its time lines, and the installation was done accordingly to plan. We did not encounter any difficulties gaining approval from either our Homeowner’s Association or from Nevada Energy and the system is now operating. And to this day, everything we were told by Connor has been fulfilled. We are quite happy at this point in how everything has been handled by Connor and Solar Optimum and would not hesitate in recommending them to others.
