I have been a customer for a few years. When high energy prices came in 2022, GoGreenEnergy told us that as a gesture of goodwill, they will "only" increase prices by 515% for existing customers (as opposed to roughly 765% for new customers). Fast forward to now: new customers get a 20% lower price than what we were forced to accept as long-term customers. Furthermore, written requests stay unanswered, I am waiting for 2 weeks now already. Thats not how customers should be treated.

Normally I had a good experience with this company but since I decided to move my flat everything went crazy.
I started to send messages from kundenportal starting from 20th of September no answer. Sent again, no answer. Call the call center. They dont see anything. Sent e-mail several times, they dont reply. Call again and again same answers. Finally on Friday 30th of September) somebody could able to see the message and forwarded to the relevant Abteilung. But just forwarded.
Last time I experience the same approach from Auslander Behörde (MA 35) . Sent e-mail, call, send message in Kundenportal. They dont see a thing. They dont know. They don't care.
Eventually what happened I moved to a flat without electricity on Saturday on 1st of October.
Finally today 3rd of October I reached someone that could able to send me a contract. I sent it back now hoping to have processed but after 2 hours need to call again, guess what it was not processed at all. Then called wiener Netze they don't see it. Need to wait at least 24-48 hours for activation (best case)
Stay away from this company.
I think either they have huge IT and HR problems or they do their best to lose customer not to make more loss due to current market situation or probably both.
If you want to suffer and live in the stone age without electricity for sure it's the best company in Austria to enjoy these benefits.

Latest update: Finally I cancelled my contract. (although I opened a ticket almost 2 weeks ago, nobody did anything)
It took me 35 minutes to connect someone in the customer service. She was helpful and initiate the process but it took 3 weeks more to cancel the contract due to Wiener Netze this time.
Suggestion: Run away, save your self. Except you enjoy torture and stress when you are moving or want to cancel because they dont have enough people to process the requests and It will not be in the future.

Been with gogreen energy since 1 year and unlike other suppliers, they honored their contract with regards to price guarantee. The signup process was very fast and smooth. However at times if you have question, the reply from customer service can be slow but eventually you get an answer that solves your issue.

Definitely recommend them.

I had signed a new electricity provided contract with go green energy in my new place. However one day after moving in, my electricity was cut off by the Netzprovider (Wiener Netze) WITHOUT ANY WARNING! Apparently there was some issue with the communication of relevant data between these companies, but neither bothered to send me any info!! So my fridge is garbage, and it may take "up to 48 h" to switch on the electricity. Thanks a lot.
There is something deeply flawed here.
