I have been ordering my propane from Quality Fuels for over ten years now. They have the best prices in town and have always made my tank refills within days of me calling. Everybody from the Owner to the Receptionist are friendly and professional.

We've been using Quality Fuels for a few months now and have been impressed with the customer service. Originally we went with a smallish size propane tank because we don't live in Overgaard permanently, but soon after realized we'd need to keep the heat on due to low temperatures in the winter even when we're not there. They came and changed out our tank to a larger size when we weren't there, and we weren't sure if our heater would kick back on by itself. The technician communicated with us directly and went back to the house in the evening to check and make sure the heat was on for us (it wasn't and he fired it back up). That's an incredible level of service and personal attention.

We had previously had Northern Energy in town which is a terrible company! Our landlord let us switch to Quality Fuels and so glad we did! They came that same day and we got service and only had to pay half down 2 days after they delivered their propane. We will now save almost 1.50$ a gallon!! I will come back and review again after we have had them deliver a few times but I already know this company will be 10x better then Northern is!!!

A small leak was detected in the propane tank during the home inspection, when I purchased the home in Overgaard. Seller subsequently contacted other major name propane dealer in area for the repair, and was charged an absolutely ridiculous price for that service/repair. I took possession of home shortly thereafter, and the un-repaired leak was unmistakable. That dealer when contacted said it must be new, and they would need to charge for new service call/repair to repair this new leak, clearly a repair that they never performed in the first place. Contacted Quality Fuels based upon several recommendations from my new neighbors who were all very satisfied with Quality Fuels. Trace came immediately, inspected tank, noted the problem, which was serious enough that it could not be fixed on site, (A leak that had been never addressed in the original overpriced repair). He removed tank back to his shop (120LB tank), performed a complete repair to all problem areas, and returned the tank filled, for less then half of what had been charged to the former owner for that repair from the previous propane dealer from the area. Trace was responsive, pleasant to contact, priced extremely fairly and professional. You rarely if ever get service like this anymore. By the way, the other dealer additionally wanted to have you sign a yearly contract, charge for a pre-inspection, and required set delivery schedules, trip fees, even if you didn't need the delivery. None of that was requested by Quality Fuels. Best service around, In my opinion you won't go wrong with Quality Fuels.

They have been our propane service for about 5 years now and we have no complaints only good stuff to say. Friendly, helpful, professional service and have even come before on an off day when we didn't realize we had run out of propane.

This company told me that they had pressure tested my system before they even put in our propane. Unfortunately, being new to propane fules, I believed them, much to our chagrin. Besides overcharging us, which they promised to fix but never did, the tank was never pressure tested. Our tank leaked over 500 dollars in fuel each month until we had a tech from across the street smell the propane and come tell us. When the tech from Quality Fuels was called out to check the system, he decided, looking at it, that it was ok for the tank to leak more overnight. He showed up at 11 am the next day, told us that the system should have never been used because it was not lawfully hooked up and that the regulator was not in the right place. He also told us that he was the one that was filling the tanks, so he was aware of the unlawfulness of the system. When asked why he didn't fix it the night before, he stated that it was leaking less than a gallon an hour, so we were overreacting. When I told him I had six children, so leaking propane is not an overreaction, he screamed that we still owed for the last two drops of propane. If our system wasn't leaking heavily, we wouldn't owe for the past two drops is the truth. BEWARE! This company is about making money, not taking care of people.
