Several months ago when this company took over, my first bill was over 4 times as much as my usual bill. Though I have called at least 3 times about this issue, I get the same response every time. They claim they're "looking into the matter" since others had the same issue. Yet, even t I was promised a call back if/when a resolution was reaches, I have yet to hear a thing. I get no bills from them, so never know what I actually owe. Paper bills were agreed upon, zero !!! Nothing by text or email. What the hell?!?!I was

Is extremely frustrating to get anything fix with them. I have to fix a few leaks on my property and tried to turn the main valve off but is stuck no way to turn it off. I went personally to have it fix or turn of and nothing.
