Price is wildly high this company is ripping people off. all around the country you can get the same service for half the price. why is it so expensive here? I’m just gonna stick with optimum and they will give you a deal. these guys offer no deals according to the rep I spoke with. so good luck with that I guess. $100 for a gig is wild I currently pay $60 for a gig. thanks for tearing up my roads blocking my mail box for days so I could not receive mail just to try and rip me off. what a way to run a company.

What a scam. This company has horrible customer service. Been trying to cancel service for a week and keep getting the run around. They keep forwarding me to other people who don’t help. “Valerie” sounds promising but we will see. Still haven’t confirmed cancellation.. keep getting told “I’ll put a note….” Nothing has happened yet. Stay away from this company. Starlink is way better and you don’t have to deal with incompetent employees…. Was paying $85/mo for 9mb/s but getting 300+ mb/s for the same price. I highly recommend Starlink for rural customers.

I've been with TWN for about four months and so far, it's pretty OK (some internet outages for a little while, but all-in-all, not too bad...every ISP has outages once in a while, so that is to be expected). Re-booting the modem and my computer sometimes helps. I will give you 5 stars because my main concern is reliable internet! However, the email is slower than hell, and sometimes I have to wait for customer service for a long time, and then other times they are quick to answer. The techs were good and did a good install, too. About the router----I can't log into the router to make the changes I want or check my settings, etc...that part is a bummer. You REALLY should change that, so customers can access the modem/router settings themselves. My speed is pretty good (sufficient for my needs), but it's NOT what you claim it is. So I am paying for speeds I don't get? Well, my last ISP was the same way. So if anyone asked me which ISP to choose here, I would say TWN. One thing I need to find out is if you have a military/veteran/senior discount.

TWN initially installed the fiber optic cable and set up the modem. The next crew buried the cable. I signed up for the 1-gig internet which is suppose to be the best. I've had a few blips in my service and contacted TECH which has been great. I still have occasional interruptions in TV viewing, but hoping those will eventually even out. I do compliment TWN Customer service and their ENGLISH speaking representatives that you can actually understand and communicate with. The Technical Support has been outstanding and very helpful. I also must compliment the Office Staff for helping set up my service and answering my questions.

All I can tell you about TWN is that they recently wired our entire building or rather ran cable For fiber optic a couple of my tenants went ahead and signed up with them. I’ve heard no complaints.

Yes, its TWN the must reliable internet service had in the McCormick Blvd area in Bullhead City, AZ.
Constant speed and reliability I depend on.
Just short of a month with my service and only one outage, compared to my experience with Optimum.
Yes Optimum is a joke in my area and a nightmare I do not want anyone to experience.
Ditch the old cable and enjoy continued internet signal with fiber optic.

Save your money for something else I constantly have to turn the WiFi off my phone so I can actually use the internet in the middle of games or watching videos it will just stop randomly. I have horrible experience gaming on Xbox because I am constantly getting kicked or freezing at super important moments of the game. Some games I can’t even play at all because the lag is so bad. I have had it for over a year now and unfortunately the experience is worse and not better I live in southern AZ I ordered Star link and am hoping for better results 15mps is what I pay for (hardly ever get that fast) and it is less than 20 bucks more for Star link the only costly expense is start up.
