On 07/22/2024 I came in to start a new service for a home my husband I are moving into. I came in a total of 3 times into the office. The first interaction with member services was fine. The second time I came in with my mother in law, I was speaking with Kelly. She extremely rude, unprofessional, and not helpful. There was confusion about the address, as the address that we have on all of our documents was not populating in your system. I was searching in my phone to find the documents to find the proof of address. Kelly let out a huge sarcastic sigh as I was trying to find documents. She was not helpful in finding a solution, other then making the statement "We don't have that address" over and over. At times it seemed as if she was raising her voice and talking over us instead of being helpful. At this time I decided to leave because she was not being helpful and i did not know what to do next. As i was walking towards the door, she told us to go to the house and get the meter number. After driving to the house, we got the meter number. We came back, and spoke with Irene. She was helpful, professional, and helped us understand the situation. Its a shame that you have employees that know how to treat a customer, and then you have Kelly who ruined the experience for myself and my mother in law that was with me. The experience would have been less stressful if Kelly would have been more helpful in beginning. Kelly made it an extremely terrible experience for me as your company is the only option in Bullhead for electric.

Absolutely the worst company in the Tri-State area. The payment portal has been down for several days, not allowing any forms of payment. We called several times inquiring about this and how to pay, we were assured no disconnection in service would happen due to the portal being down and to pay once it becomes available. Turns out they were liars and disconnected the service. Never once did I receive any written notice, phone calls, or anything. Never been late or had been negative. Called them and the service was turned back on, but not before they told us we had to hit the button on the box outside. Too bad my family works all day and is unable to leave to reconnect service when it was their fault to begin with. Not to mention my pets inside that have to deal with no AC.

Its July, its 115 degrees outside. What a inhumane company. I as a customer have to be penalized by their mistakes.

Not pleased as my electric bill has typically never been more than $200.00 and that's with hardly ever being at my house. Last month I was at my place for all of 4-5 days and had 4 other days it was rented out. It ran $400.00 for 9-10 days of AC. Whatever all was changed clearly wasn't favorable for customers.

I moved to Bullhead City two years ago and have had electric service provided by MEC for one year. After paying over $425 in one month of service on a prepaid account I started really watching the so called smart meter and comparing the numbers on the usage meter in the app . What I found didn't match up at all. One day the meter in the app said my daily use was 13.3 kwts and the very next day with the same temperature outside for both days it said 33 kwts then the next day back to 13 kwts. What's really odd about that is no one was home at that time for all three days.. Something is not right at MEC and they need to be investigated. Just read all the reviews. MEC should be ashamed of all these bad reviews. They don't even try to answer them.

How does my bill go up 200.00 in one month, are we being charged for the work you just did in El Rio Digging up my yard, dust What are we getting out of this a 50% higher bill? I need some answers!!!!

These reviews of people giving 1 star because the power was out during the storm really shows why it's important to read the content of a review, and not just the average ratings. Sometimes, people just don't understand how the world actually works. I have had nothing but good service, and because I'm not a clown, I understand they can't control the weather.

tHE TWO GENTLEMEN THAT JUST FINISHED UP MY TREE TRIM FROM AROUND A POWER POLE DID A GREAT JOB. THEY DID A FANTASTIC JOB ON THE TREE AND ALL THE CLEAN UP AROUND THE JOBSITE. COULDNT HAVE ASKED FOR MORE. AND THANX TO THE TEAM THAT CAME OUT TO DO THE WORK....
