NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. I received an install from this company in January, by May the inverter failed and my solar turned off. I was under the impression I was reading the app correctly, which no training is provided, but I was reading it incorrectly. I realized I had no solar for the summer months of May-September. This company does NOT notify you if your solar goes down or if a piece of equipment fails. I had a technician come out and I was told 3-5 business days to get the solar back up. This is NOT true. They contract out their inverters to Solar Edge and on business day 6 when I followed up, I was told they are waiting on solar edge to deliver the inverter to me and THEN they would schedule a technician to come out to install. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY.

I purchased a 28 panel system with a home battery backup system from GDP, and while I was skeptical at the beginning, GDP came through with flying colors. The installation was done within only a couple of weeks from the sale date, and the crew that came out was fantastic. The electrician was especially great and when an addition was made to the battery system to cover my well, he handled everything and I am sure I got the battery for well under cost. Today I had a planned PG&E outage and I was on a Team’s call when the power went out and it was literally just a blip and the call continued. The oven clock didn't even reset and start blinking as it typically does during a power outage. It was well worth the cost of the system and I am really super satisfied. Everyone was great from the sales guy, installation team, PM. Highly recommend GDP.

It’s frustrating when you make arrangements to miss work so that you can be home for the assessment and the install and this company reschedules or just plain doesn’t show up. They only have 2 installers in Fresno so if something gets in the way there is no one else to help. I am so upset. The city inspector failed the solar install. They forgot to do the little obvious things. Now I have to scramble to get this done before the end of the year so that I can the tax rebate. I have been trying to call the company but their mailbox is full!! I can’t get a hold of anyone. How horrible is this company. If I could give no stars I would!

Horrible service!! My wife has been trying to get in contact with manager David Perez who was the one that was there to convince us to get solars because we are still getting a light bill he asked for her to send copy of the light bill never responded to her she has called and her calls are not being answered she has text him if he can’t help if he can please get someone who can help with her questions and has not replied to her!!! I would give this place a 0 if I could!!! I do not recommend as they have horrible service!!! They tell you one thing and it’s nothing like what they said! Think twice before going with this company!
