I DO NO RECOMMEND. Worst experience ever. I've had my panels installed since the end of June 2022 and are still not online yet. Their communication is terrible and customer service is trash. When installing my panels they drilled a hole though the siding of my NEWLY built home run the the power for the panels. The initial hole they drilled with clearly a miscalculation because they drilled another hole that they actually used for the panel power. The initial hole was then just covered with some puddy. The hole they did use they didn't seal properly and the puddy that was around the power tubing separated from my home a couple days after install. Several days after the install I had to do a visual sweep of the entire area around my home before cutting my grass because several screws, pieces of metal and wood holes were just left on my grass.

I've reached out to them on countless occasions over the past few months to rectify the the issues of fixing the seal and replacing my damaged siding. All i have constantly gotten is the run around. As far as why my system still isn't operational its due to extremely poor communication on their part with project status. I'm apparently at the phase of completion with the power company but it requires some very specific questions to be answered that I don't know and haven't been able to get answer to because I can never get through to anyone worth speaking to. I am utterly disgusted with this entire company and lack of professionalism because at this point it seems as though it was a money grab. I've now already paid 3 months of the installments and still don't have a working system. Don't waste you money or time with these folks.

So far so good, the process is long but momentum does all the work for you. The workers were very professional, had on uniforms , and explained the whole process. I’ll post again once my panels are energized.

We purchased solar from this company in June 2022. They were very prompt in getting the install scheduled and completed then they completely went silent. I had to call weekly to get updates and it was a struggle to get any information from them. We were supposed to be activated in August/September but it wasn't until December after many calls. When you call you have to wait on hold 30+ minutes and they won't ever let you talk to anyone but their first level of support. Their support is not knowledgeable and their systems are never updated from previous communications. When I would get information from the subdivision or power company I would email it to them and would have to follow up with several emails and never get a response. I would have to call and wait on hold to speak with someone then they would go look for the email and not even read it but just ask how they could help. Now that we are activated we are getting nothing close to what we were sold. I'm now paying an extra $88 loan payment and am only generating 40% of the power used daily at best so our bills are still almost as high as prior. The company can't give me any answers other than "give it time". If you are looking for solar please do yourself a favor and look for another company. You will be so frustrated and disappointed with the process only to get a product that doesn't produce what you are sold.

Momentum only wants your money for the panels. The level of customer service is "0". You send tons of emails and no response until you file a claim with Better Business Bureau. What is that about? Would not recommend Momentum if you are trying to install Solar Panels. Research your options for a company that has a Brand that is parallel with integrity, customer satisfaction and quality assurance. It is a nightmare when a company has taken you money without expediting the service promised. Truly unacceptable! Hopefully this company will get it; the customer matters...that is how you can stay in business! Where would Momentum be without the customer?

It all started with Christopher Cosby. Very friendly, convincing, and eloquent. Took his time to explain the whole process. He became a friend!

The installation team was equally very friendly, respectful, and professional.

First thing I wish I can have a option to go for ZERO star review. Unfortunately, google does not allow me. This is by far the worst company to go for Solar. I deeply regret making this decision but others who are out there and haven't decided yet please do not choose Momentum Solar. They will reach out to you 1000 times before you signed a contract but after that you have to reach out to them 1000 times to get an answer. They installed solar at my home like 6 months ago. It is not operational yet. I call them every month, firstly you have to stay on hold for half an hour to hour to get hold of someone and then they are like we will call you back. I am still waiting for that call.

So I highly encourage to go with other companies. Do not fall for BBB reviews and all.

Panels were installed over 2 months ago and have yet to be turned on. I have called and email them several times asking for more information. All they ever say is they're waiting for an update, they'll will contact someone higher up and get back to me but never do. No I am making payments on the panels on top of my normal utility bill so this is costing me more money
