Sold me the wrong part, laughed when I brought it back then tried to sell me 25 times more of what I needed to fix it. If I buy a meter setup for a service pole it should all be there. I don't care if it's 1/4 inch bolts. They have to work, no different than cable or meter. Then the 2" conduit straps didn't have nuts. I don't drive around in a parts van. That kind of stuff costs a lot of time.

Years later they still rock with a woman behind the counter who knows her stock off the top of her head, and is responsive and helpful to both expert tradespeople and semi-lost homeowners alike. Whether finding something in stock or requiring a special order, Brown's service vastly surpasses anywhere else we've gone in town, and every experience we've had here is positive.

A very nice lady answered questions over the phone and then did us a tremendous favor when the dog chewed through the remote cord for our new adjustable bed. THEY ACTUALLY FIXED IT! Wonderful people and service and the wife and I truly do appreciate it.
