The initial installation was excellent, we were a little confused about the order and time table of the next steps and customer support wasn't very helpful. After a year of data i decided to add three more panels. It took so long between the order and the installation that i thought they had forgotten about it. I didn’t know the rep i was working with left the company and i only had an email address for her. The system itself is great and I am pleased with my investment.

I have not been able to produce solar for over 2 months now, can not recieve a call back. 1 original phone call they said 4 weeks for service, this was 6 weeks ago. Now it just goes to voice mail, I recommend shopping local as I am in Texas.

Update: Lumio scheduled installation within a few weeks, and the crew worked quickly and efficiently during the installation. The pictures show how steep our roof is - and it rained most of the day. We are still waiting for approval from PSE.

So far we have only met the door to door crew and the sales person. I will update as we move further into this process. We are excited to get solar panels on our house and have been impressed with the customer service we have received so far from Anthony.

One Star because Zero is not an option.
I live in South Florida. Lumio come down to place solar panels on my home. I also got a roof with them. The entire experience was horrible. I happened to swing home due to change in schedule and see them installing the panels but noone call me. I said wait a minute, the roof has to be done first so I sent them away. They come to do the roof and then the panels but it was a painful process. Finally is all done. A few months go by and I start getting several leaks on my ceiling. They sent out an expert that says that they didnt seal the screws correctly and that is where the water was coming through. I said ok, let's fix it. Then they had to sent a contractor for inside the home to do the ceiling and paint. They didnt had anyone. The ask me to get someone, I did and sent them quotes. They would not release the funds first so i can get it done so I paid out of pocket 1500 and now is been 1 year and I am still chasing them for the money. I call the Customer Service department every single week, they said a supervisor will call me but noone did. Yesterday I cursed them out on the phone I was so angry. A supervisor called me back and told me that she doesnt have a timeline and the check has been approved and still in the accounting department. They wont let me talk to them directly. And she said nothing more I can do. All of this is their fault and they made me go 1500 out of pocket or my ceiling will fall in for safety reasons due to water plus risk for mold so I had no choice but to fix it. The way I see it is you didnt have a contractor, I got one, I sent you quotes, I fix the ceiling with my own money and now you sit on this reimbursement for a whole year and the customer has to chase you down for the money CRAZY!

I want my money back and I want it now, I waited enough!

I am very happy with my experience with my solar project team and installation team. They were all professional and performed their services well. I would recommend that the sales team do a better job of explaining and being present with the customer through the process. Also verifying what rebates are applicable before having the customer go through the process to find out at the end that it is not applicable. The process for solar also was delayed (several months) because the carport was originally tied to my solar loan. It was determined that the builder of the carport would not be paid until after the project was completed. I had to remove the carport and pay for it myself. I recommend that once the solar system is up and operational, have someone from the company come out and explain the system and app to help ease the customer's concerns/questions.

Working with Lumio has been nothing but a nightmare from the beginning until now, over a year later with no resolution in sight. I signed the agreement on 7/14/2022 for a 20-panel system and they only installed 17 panels. Since the start, they've assigned me 3 different project managers, all of which have been terrible in communication. I've called my latest project manager multiple times for an update on the 3 missing panels and to see when they will put the tiles back, nothing but crickets. I called customer service and told them my Project manager doesn't call me back, and they said they would put me in contact with my Project manager's Supervisor over a week ago and nobody has called or communicated. I'm so disgusted, I've given up on calling any of their numbers anymore. My roof has been in disarray for nearly a year with lots of tiles stacked and 3 missing solar panels. All I want is for my 3 panels that I paid for to be installed and my roof put back the way it was.
