I was harassed for years by a girl who hated me by her calling with my social security number and changing my address. I called and asked them to stop changing it and that the other woman is not me, but it kept going. I just want electricity and to get the bill to my address so I can pay it. Autopay helped a bit but I still was getting weird fees. I honestly might be paying for her electric too, but according to the customer service everyone pays for electric 3-4 times a month in Finland.

I have never encountered such bad service in Finland. Had to wait one hour for a customer service representative on phone. It's like impossible to cancel.
The sales person don't give full information about the contract and they lie about cancellation.
Please don't sign up, it extremely difficult to get them of your back.
This should be monitored somehow and save people from scam sign ups

Not sure what's up with all the bad reviews.

Some snotty sales kid rocked up at my door and offered me a 3 year deal for 6 cents per kWh. He locked me in for a 3 year contract back in 2020. Glad I signed up since prices are more than double that now.

Haven't had any issues. I pay my bills, my house has electricity.

Terrible service. Cheating with bills and deposit.After end of contract, not giving deposit money back. Explaining like they no have my bank number to give money back. And ignore if you send it to them.
Not answering by phone. By email need wait few days.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Scamming people! Do not give any personal information to their employees who tries to talk to you on the streets.. I was told that I am not committing to anything and if I don't like their offer I can just ignore it, and now, apparently, even without knowing myself, I became their customer, and I even cannot stop the contract for 3 years!
Run away as far as you can!
Supposed to be a green energy, but is just ruining the name of renewing energy companies...

They called me and tried to sell me "green and affordable" electricity while claiming that solar power is a greener option than my current 100% nuclear one. According to peer reviewed research, solar energy produces approximately twice as much CO2 per energy produced, compared to nuclear energy. Solar energy produces even more CO2 when including the energy storage needs commonly introduced by the use of intermittent energy sources such as solar and wind.

Nordic Green Energy also seems to provide water and wind power, but the problem is the same. Nuclear is our only option for now for a sustainable future. Also worrying is the fact that NGE can't seem to be able to tell where the power is from. Someone suspected Norway, which would suggest a substantial part of the energy is lost in transmission.

What is so green about this company?

Shows incorrect pricing from competitors in their sales pitch and they couldn't care less about the customer.
