I don't trust anyone with my Lincoln but ever since I took my car to Mike Freeman, Jordan deals with my car at the service department and I get my car taken care of!!! Jordan has very good knowledge of all the vehicles and exactly what he does!!! I Like that he explains everything in detail and is honest. ? X10 for Great Customer Service to Jordan and his team.

Called more than twice to have recall work done on a 2013 Escape. The lady was terrible, every single time. Constantly saying they did not have time nor would scedule an appointment. Mind you this was a 3-8 minute fix(and this time is from Ford themselves) if performed by a Ford tech. The bushing on the steering cable kept coming off. I called Bill Penney Ford and their guy was very professional and nice, unlike the lady here. She lied twice (or did not know what she was talking about) telling me it would take more than an hour to complete the work, it wasn't a quick fix, etc. I knew that was a lie because I temporarily put in a bushing in less than 5 minutes. He told me stop by any time and it will take them longer to do the paperwork than the repair. Had it done the next day in less than 30 minutes. Seems to me someone didn't want to do paperwork or didnt want to honor their recalls. Will never do business or recommend them to anyone. West Alabama Ford or Billey Penney is where I would go.
