I am extraordinarily pleased with the timeliness and service. Third company that has been out trying to fix our problem and C-MAC figured it out in record time. And at a very reasonable cost. Having moved to the area recently, locating good contractors has been a challenge. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

Today was the second time we have used CMAC Plumbing and they have been wonderful to work with. Most of us are fearful when having to deal with plumbing issues and plumbers but they really discuss everything, give options, and set your mind at ease. Jason installed a water heater for us and found a gas leak (!) in our line that was previously missed by other companies. He is 100% professional and represents the company in a very positive way. We love Jason!

The entire company is easy to work with, understands their customers needs and situation, and worked to make sure that we were satisfied. They have always been responsive when we have needed them and will go out of their way to fit you in the schedule. Jason even came out a day earlier then scheduled to repair the gas leak as he was concerned. Top notch company who we will use for all our plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

Called about installing a water softner and they came out pretty quickly on Friday. They couldn’t find where the water entered the house. Said they would be back on Monday. No show. I texted them twice. I think the job was too difficult for them. Called Dunn’s - they got the job done!

A repairman from C-Mac Plumbing came out to my rental property in 2021 and replaced leaking pipes on my water heater, but the incorrect pipes were used. One of the pipes burst this morning and Jason Barrett and his son repaired the pipes with the correct ones, at no additional charge. I appreciate Jason's honesty and willingness to make things right.

We have used CMAC 3 times since we bought our new house and each time they are amazing. Timothy is our normal guy and he’s so great. This last time we had them come out and install a new outdoor faucet not only did they do a wonderful job they were able to accommodate my schedule and he’s honestly just a really nice guy and it’s always a pleasure to have him around. They take the time to explain their work and pricing and are always very clean. I recommend CMAC to all of my friends because of their great pricing and professional and courteous service.

Very good sweet a professional company to use. They are fast and very informative of what the issue is. I called at the last minute about 2:00 on a Friday, the receptionist was very sweet and stated she would get someone to reach out to me ASAP for my plumbing issue. Within 30 minutes I was called and was told they could be at my house within 20 minutes. They came and diagnosed the issue on hand and fixed my plumbing issue the same day! Thank you so much! I highly recommend! And they do not charge a arm and a leg!

Poor communication and no service. This company told me they would call me back on Friday and book my appointment (same day) for an estimate on my mobile home when I initially called on a Wednesday. They never called and I ended up having to call them to set up a GENERAL TIME not even a direct time to come give my estimate. After being told that they will come friday afternoon they never showed up and I ended up calling them again to check and see what was going on. I get them on the phone and they told me they will come out first thing Saturday morning. Mind you they are still not giving me a specific time and I have to coordinate with other people to make sure someone is there to assist them with getting in the vacant mobile home. Long story short after calling them back and fourth from Wednesday to Sunday I was STOOD UP every time they said they will come to my home to give me an estimate because THEY NEVER SHOWED UP!!!! EXTREMELY POOR COMMUNICATION and based on my experience I do not recommend this company.

This is my second time using this company I LOVE THEM!!! Jason came out and did an OUTSTANDING job! Our hot water heater had been running and we didn't know why. Turns out we had a leak! And it was under the farthest side of the house. So he had to crawl to the farthest side of the house in puddles of water to located and fix our leak. He did it happily. He made sure everything was working in proper order before leaving us. I HIGHLY recommend them and will ALWAYS call them!!
